Soletech Sells És, Etnies, Emerica & 32 to Nidecker Group
It was announced today that Sole Technologies owne Pierre André Senizergues has hold Etnies, Emerica, És Footwear & 32 snowboard boots to the Nidecker Group. He will join the Nidecker Group as the CEO of these brands. The amount of the sale has not been disclosed.
The Nidecker Group is a collection of ski and snowboard industry companies that include Rome, YES, Battalion & Jones snowboards. The Nidecker company is 137 years old family run business, that started making tables and cross country skis, that is currently ran by the three brothers who are in their thirties.
