Taller: The new Thunder T-II sit at 54mm in height making them taller than all previous thunder trucks. (team edition high trucks are 52mm). This means you can rider a bigger wheel and get less wheel bite.

Baseplate: The Axle sits further back on the baseplate in comparison to the Team Edition Thunder truck, meaning that the nose slides and tailslides will have more clearance from your wheels than a traditional truck. This is great for nose slides, tailslides, and blunt slide variations. See picture below.

Geometry: New sharper turning geometry on the Thunder T-11. This is allowed because of the extra wheel clearance on these trucks. This includes a different kingpin angle, being further back (as mentioned above), new 100DU tapered pivot cups and tapered bushing design (comes stock with a 90DU tapered bottom bushing.
