Powell Peralta
Founded in 1978 by skateboard legend Stacy Peralta and George Powell; Powell Peralta has had a massive influence and impact on skateboarding and what its become today. Powell Peralta is responsible for creating the Bones Brigade and many influential skateboard videos; these videos included the likes of many legendary skateboarders like Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Lance mountain, Per Welinder, Mike McGill, and many more. Powell Peralta has stayed relevant to this day with further innovations in skateboarding, such as creating the Flight Deck which has 5-plys of Canadian maple with fiberglass for superior strength and lightweight feel. Powell Peralta has continued to do re-issues of old school skateboard decks to broad appeal for those who had grown up skating Powell Peralta.
